Availability of models may vary from time to time depending on ordering and shipping patterns.
Performance descriptions have been taken from importer/distributor supplied information. Results from overseas testing procedures may differ from those achievable in Australia due to differences in specifications and options of Australian models. Actual performance may also differ from that described due to driver variations, road conditions and vehicle condition.

SERVICE REPLACEMENT VEHICLE POLICY
Rick Damelian Pty Ltd can provide a Service Replacement Vehicle whilst your car is being serviced at any of our Service Centre's, subject to the following conditions.
- We guarantee that the Service Replacement Vehicle will be no older than 2 years, and will be drawn from the range of quality brands that we sell.
- Our fees start at a minimum fee of $55.00 (including GST) per day for a Service Replacement Vehicle including Insurance (conditions apply, see below). If the Service Replacement Vehicle is not returned on the same day, a further day's fee will be charged. Please assist us in returning vehicles promptly as it may have been booked by another customer.
- Our fleet of Service Replacement Vehicles is subject to availability. Bookings are essential simultaneously with your own vehicle Service Booking.
- You are required to replenish the fuel in the Service Replacement Vehicle provided to you to the level that was showing on the fuel gauge with the ignition running at the commencement of the loan period. If the Service Replacement Vehicle is returned to us below the fuel level indicated, you will incur the cost of refueling.
- You are required to hold a current Driver's Licence and allow us to retain a copy for our Insurance Company requirements.
- The Vehicle Loan Agreement must be signed. An Insurance accident excess of $2,000 applies, PLUS an age excess of $750 for drivers 24 years old or younger.
- You are required to reimburse Rick Damelian Pty. Ltd. for all parking infringements, camera detected offences, fines, penalties and traffic violations incurred whilst the Service Replacement Vehicle is or is deemed to be in your possession.
